It is made from fire resistant steel slats, which can withstand high temperature and burning during fire accidents. And fire rating Automatic Roller Shutter Door have a fire-protection controller, which will control the door automatically close when fire accidents happen. Such auto closing program can be activated by Fire Control Center of the building, or directly by nearby temperature detectors or smoke detectors. After closed, the fire rated Steel Roller Shutter Doors will become a screen barrier to isolate fire and stop fire spreading. This create a temporary safe areas for people and property, and leave a time for escape and rescue.

1. Excellent fire resistance.
Fire rated roller shutter door slat is formed in a cold-processing machine line from original galvanized steel sheet and gradually deformed into lock-lock arc design. Slat is double-skin steel sheet. Surface steel sheet thickness is 0.6mm or 0.8mm per layer. Inside is filled with aluminum silica wool, which can withstand 1200℃ temperature, and insulate heat during fire accident.

2. Advanced driving motor
Self limit control device inside motor set controls running of doors precisely; Overload-protection program will stop motor from running when there is jamming or overheating, to protect roller shutter doors and avoid damages.

Input signal terminals: to receive auto close order from fire control center.
Output signal terminals: to feedback top position, bottom position or middle position signals to fire control center.
Operation device: steel fire-resistance control buttons, with UP, DOWN and STOP buttons.
Optional auto-close modes: Two optional modes. Full close one time or Two-step close,
Fire control center signals: compatible with both passive signals and active signals.
4. Easy operation
Every steel roll shutter door door is supplied with one control button box and two remote controls for daily use. The button box is fixed on the wall beside the roller shutter door, and with three control buttons UP, STOP and DOWN. The remote control can be used to operate the steel roller shutter door from a distance within 100m.
